Our Process
Getting Started
At Citywide, our job starts long before the furniture gets to the site. First, an experienced Project Manager will sit down with you to develop a plan, including all aspects of the site, product, and schedule.
Preparation
Once a plan is in place, we will assemble the right size team for the job. Each member is highly skilled with appropriate training in all manufacturers’ specifications. Our Manager will coordinate the office furniture installation, taking into account the project schedule, corridor and elevator access, loading zones, and staging areas.
Project Management, Delivery, and Installation
A Foreman will visit the site prior to delivery to tag the proper floor location for all incoming products. This ensures an on-time and efficient install following the delivery. The delivery crew will carry the plan beyond your expectations by protecting floor and wall surfaces. A Project Manager will work closely with the job Foreman, giving daily progress reports to the client. The Foreman will manage a staff of qualified installers to ensure a proper installation according to spec.
Project Completion
Every installation is thoughtfully planned and orchestrated from the original plan until the client move in. Our work is not complete until all of the furniture is level, adjusted, and wiped down. Once complete, a punch-list with pictures of the completed project sent to the client.
Post Move-In
Our office furniture installation team is available to handle all types of reconfiguration requests ranging from minor furniture moves to entire relocations.
